Eligibility:
Applicants must fulfill the following conditions.- Candidates should have a master's degree in engineering or a similar degree with an academic level equivalent to the master's degree in engineering.
- The candidate should be able to communicate with external partners, including industry and meet the strict milestone set in EU projects.
- The successful candidate will develop and optimize an all-polymer based microfluidic sensing unit for detection enteric viruses from water.
- This involves knowledge within microfluidics, polymer microfabrication, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, electrode functionalization and testing of microfluidic systems.
- The task involves a design and implementation of the device, which will be integrated within a complex system.
