Brief:
A PhD studentship in computational chemistry is available with Dr Graeme Day in the School of Chemistry. The project is part of a European Research Council funded research programme to develop crystal structure prediction methods for the discovery of molecular crystals with targeted properties.

Eligibility:
  • The studentship is open to UK and EU residents only. 
  • Candidates should have a first class or or upper second class degree in chemistry, physics or a related discipline. 
  • Strong computing skills are essential and an interest in programming is desirable.
