Eligibility:
Applicants must fulfill the following conditions.
  • Candidates should have a master's degree in engineering, physics or chemistry, or a similar degree with an academic level equivalent to the master's degree in engineering. 
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:
    • Graphene FET device fabrication
    • Nanopatterning of graphene (electron beam lithography and block copolymer lithography).
    • Electrical and structural characterisation (AFM, TEM, SEM, Raman, transport measurements)

Applicants must fulfill the following conditions.
  • Candidates should have a master's degree in engineering or a similar degree with an academic level equivalent to the master's degree in engineering. 
  • The candidate should be able to communicate with external partners, including industry and meet the strict milestone set in EU projects.
  • The successful candidate will develop and optimize an all-polymer based microfluidic sensing unit for detection enteric viruses from water. 
  • This involves knowledge within microfluidics, polymer microfabrication, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, electrode functionalization and testing of microfluidic systems. 
  • The task involves a design and implementation of the device, which will be integrated within a complex system.
